WRAITH AUTO DETAIL

OPERATING POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. PRE-SERVICE INSPECTION & PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

Wraith Auto Detail conducts a thorough visual inspection of every vehicle prior to initiating any preservation or refinement processes. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: clear coat failure, deep scratches, rock chips, torn upholstery, severely degraded leather, or compromised interior plastics. If specialized cleaning agents react with previously compromised, dyed, or severely degraded interior materials, Wraith Auto Detail is not held responsible.

2. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Clients must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and child car seats from the vehicle prior to the scheduled appointment. We will not clean inside center consoles or glove compartments unless completely emptied by the owner. Wraith Auto Detail is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or discarded items left inside the cabin.

3. MOBILE OPERATION REQUIREMENTS

As a mobile operation, we require a safe, unobstructed perimeter around the vehicle to perform high-level detailing. We cannot operate on busy public streets or heavily trafficked commercial lots where our equipment or safety is compromised.

4. WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITATIONS

Elite exterior refinement requires specific environmental controls. In the event of severe weather, high winds, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures, Wraith Auto Detail reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to protect both the vehicle's finish and the integrity of our ceramic sealants and chemical applications.

5. DECONTAMINATION & PAINT CORRECTION VARIANCE

While we utilize advanced multi-stage correction techniques, certain defects, deep chemical etching, or scratches that have penetrated the clear coat cannot be safely removed without compromising the paint system. We prioritize the long-term health of your clear coat over aggressive, unsafe defect removal.

6. CANCELLATION & SCHEDULING PROTOCOL

We allocate substantial time blocks for every vehicle to ensure the Wraith standard is met. Cancellations or reschedules must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to be present at the scheduled mobile location will result in a forfeiture of any deposits and the inability to book future services.
